Set Designer
Tom Piper is an award-winning set designer. He was the designer for the acclaimed Poppy installation at the Tower of London and Associate Designer at the RSC (2004 – 2014). He is Creative Associate at the Tricycle Theatre and collaborated with the British Museum and Alan Farlie on the exhibition ‘Shakespeare: Staging the World’ in 2012 as part of the Cultural Olympiad. He has worked at numerous theatres across the UK, including the National Theatre, the Donmar, the Royal Opera House, the Nottingham Playhouse, Hampstead Theatre and in the West End. His work includes set and costume design and art installations. He received an MBE in 2015 for services to theatre and First World War commemorations.
