Sir Ivan Lawrence QC was called to the Bar in 1962 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1981. He is also Professor of Criminal Law at BPP University and the University of Buckingham. His memoir, “My Life of Crime: cases and causes” was published by Book Guild in 2010.
