Dr Phil Hammond is a doctor, journalist, broadcaster and comedian. He qualified as a GP in 1991 and is currently works in a specialist NHS centre for children and adolescents with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME. He has been the medical correspondent for Private Eye since 1992 and presented five seasons of BBC2’s Trust Me, I’m a Doctor. His most recent book is Sunday Times bestseller Dr Hammond’s Covid Casebook.
