Lory is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Warwick. She is currently Director of Graduate Studies (Taught Degrees) and Widening Participation Director. Alongside this, she is an Associate of the Economics Network and a Fellow of the Warwick International Higher Education Academy (WIHEA).
