Jessica leads the post-16 skills and education brief at BIT. Prior to this, she worked in central Government and has three years of experience delivering behaviour change and social research at HMRC and the Department of Energy and Climate Change. She has also held posts as a policy advisor in the Dept for Transport and the DWP.
