Bobby is Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Policy Institute at King’s College London, and was previously Managing Director of Public Affairs for Ipsos MORI. He has worked across most public policy areas in his career of 25 years in policy research and evaluation, and has been seconded to the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit and the Centre for Analysis of Social Exclusion (CASE) at the LSE.
