We are delighted to announce details of our brand new day for A-level History students studying the Tudors this autumn! This exciting programme will include five inspirational speakers who will join us to cover a range of fascinating topics, from the establishment of the Tudor dynasty and Henry VIII‘s government to the Mid-Tudor Crisis and the long reign of Elizabeth I. Students will hear from leading Tudor historian Dr Joanne Paul as well as expert on Elizabeth I, Dr Estelle Paranque. In addition, we can confirm that historian, author and TV and radio presenter Professor Jerry Brotton will present a fascinating session on the lives of the ‘other’ Tudors who came to London from abroad during this time. There will also be a handy lunchtime exam session to help students achieve top grades!
