Physics in Action returns to London this spring, also with a live stream online!
With host Lewis Matheson, we’ll explore sound waves with Rachel Edwards, and delve into the physics of thrills with rollercoaster engineer Brendan Walker. We’ll see how physicists can make a difference in medicine with medical physicist Gemma Bale, and Andrew Steele returns with a demonstration of the weird behaviour of superconductors. We’ll also consider what there still is to discover with astrophysicist Chris Lintott .
A special session on Exam Success with Lewis will equip students with the tools they need to fulfil their potential when exams return in 2022, and students will be introduced to a range of possible career paths opened up by studying Physics.
