Explore Careers and Issues

Inspire your students this summer with our two-week programme of exciting events for KS3, GCSE, and A-Level students, exploring careers and issues.

The season starts by exploring some of the biggest issues facing the world today, with our brand new half-day events Democracy in Action on 21 June and Climate in Action on 23 June, aimed at GCSE and A-Level students. Our speakers will explore the issues from a range of perspectives and discuss how students can make a difference in the world throughout their lives and careers.

Aspiring lawyers will not want to miss the return of Law in Action on the afternoon of 25 June, featuring advice and careers guidance from law professionals for GCSE and A-Level students considering a career in law.

Engineering in Action returns on 28 June with an afternoon of engineers at the forefront of modern technology showing A-Level students the wide range of career opportunities available in the field.

Younger students can experience the thrills of science and technology with the return of KS3 STEM in Action on 30 June, featuring engaging and inspiring speakers who will introduce students to the wonders of science.

We finish the term with Medicine in Action on 2 July. Expanded to a full day by popular demand, we will hear from medical professionals keen to share their expertise and career advice with GCSE and A-Level students interested in pursuing a career in medicine.

All of our summer events will be streamed live ONLINE, accessible from any device with a web browser.
